Dear Tim,
Please would you pass on our thanks and appreciation for another job well done to your excellent team of roofers. They combined working extremely hard with being careful, clean, polite, considerate and unfailingly cheerful- a rare combination, and one for which reflects as flatteringly on you and your approach to business as it does on them.
The new roof is not only aesthetically pleasing but also a huge improvement in terms of insulation on its unlamented predecessor; many thanks.
We shall, of course, be happy to recommend you unreservedly to friends, knowing that they will be in very capable hands.
